That's so last year

Wanted! Dead or alive

Since you peeps keep on asking if we've seen any kangaroos around here, we decided to snap you some pictures!

Here's a very festive kangaroo filet that we found from our plate one night. Very tender and juicy meat, worked well with the awesome potato wedges that mr Kino had baked.
Here is another kangaroo that we spotted at rundle mall. Yes that's how most of the kangaroos look like here in Australia (we were very surprised about the stache too)

Take me for a walk

It was a beautiful day when Kino surprised Suski by taking her for a little walk on a park
From the pictures below you can find Kino fascinated of the wonders of nature. RATTLE!
And here's Mrs. Sunshine posing at the center of the park. On the right is a picture of a tree. It looked cool.

Dinner taiiim!

Cooking pt 1. The lady of the house decided to cook some asian cuisine! Kino picked up the best ingredients available in the Chinatown and badabing-badabum, dinner was served!

Cooking pt 2. We had promised Paul to make some traditional Finnish food, so we did: MEATBALLS (not the swedish ones). At first we had some disagreement on the recipe, but after a quick food fight the cooking was ON! Unfortunately there's no picture of the final product cause Paul ate all of it.

Merry Holidays

On Christmas eve we headed for a long dinner to Kenji, a modern japanese restaurant on Hutt street (which is also Kino's work place now).

DONT SCROLL DOWN IF YOU ARE HUNGRY. You've been warned.

Oysters, sushi and aburi salmon belly
Orange poached duck leg and smoked duck breast

Curry and panko crumbed beef

Slow cooked pork belly with pork-garlic-chive dumplings

Chocolate banana souffle with tapioca coconut cream

Pannacotta with passion fruit and longan

Espressomartini with Paul on the side

And here's our happy little triangle.

Get the f*** out of my house

The last day in Salisbury and Suski is doing all the work :)

Early in the morning we travelled all the way to the city centrum and made contracts to a lovely two bedroom apartment in South Terrace.

And here's an example on how to pack and move your clothes to a new apartment. Very handy!

Heija Sverige

Det här är vi! As you may know, moving to a new apartment always requires a trip to Ikea. And a trip to Ikea always requires a fantastic (believably authentic) swedish meatball lunch. Nå men oijdå!

It's 2014, almost...
Moments before the new year. The view of the city from Adelaide hills.
This will also be the last picture of that fuzzy night.

'Til the next time!
